What do i need to ascend ?

i am 18 years old and want to know what my biggest issues are / how i can fix them.

The pictures provided have no filters on them and are taken from a iphone 15pro max with the back camera and around 1m away from me.
in the side profile img i have eye liner on tho.

i suspect that my chin is feminine, my maxilla isnt forward grown enough, i have a bad nose shape, gonial angle, ccw rotation.
