What do I tell my orthodontist to get him to give me a pallet expander

I just got my braces off in February, reason I had them was because one kr two of my teeth were growing behind the others because there wasn't enough room. I should've just asked for one to begin with but I still go in for checkups what can I tell him to give me one other than non existent snoring problems
Ill add photos of my pallet and how my teeth used to look soon when I find them

What they’ll most likely tell you is that it’s really late to get one now, and its usually for younger children with more extreme cases. If you insist they’ll get you one though.

When I was 14 I was close to having my braces off, asked about the expander and he said exactly what I told you but said if I really wanted to, we could get something worked out. I’m glad I didn’t, my pallets very solid now.

Genuinely look so chopped in this even with the shit covered up I promise this is not how I normally look

I also unfortunately have a very narrow mouth which doesn't help
