I think its cope and bs Yeah you get some kind of results but only temporarily and it can damage the nerves if done incorrectly
I just want to know peoples thoughts about it and what about wolffs law?

i do think combat sports have contributed to my high cheekbones & strong ass forhead, but no way in hell im smashing my shit in with a hammer

Yeah I did boxing for like a year and a half and my knuckles have changed but my face is still the same

instead of worrying about the bones in your face try gaining muscle in your chest & back. that helped me get more synergy in my face. idk the science tho
