Hair shampoos/conditioners with keratin. U may want to avoid things with sulfates as it blocks ur hair follices?, and can cause hair loss.

I heard massaging ur scalp acc works! But id need to look into it more to make sure it aint cope.

Also manage ur stress, so keep cortisol low. During my exam time i was stressed and i had hair loss, but now im basically stress free and hair is wayyy thicker.
