Write me some healthy recipes but pls don't write me sobe herbs and teas cuz i have been eating really low lately it makes me so nervous and low on energy, i need something to hype me up for the workout and fill my stomach, it would be great if i could make it really quick cuz i don't wanna make my house steamy cuz of one meal, even tho i cook like that sometimes

Mostly Pakistani food, otherwise East Asian when I’m ordering out. Sometimes what they call goyslop. I’m trying to lose some weight, so I only ate some pakoras. :poggers:

Breakfast is usually just eggs.
Lunch might be some decent food like cheese, fruit, and some grain slop like bread with meat
Dinner is whatever my mom makes
I snack on healthy things when I feel like it like raw honey, fruit, ect.
I buy some of my own pasture raised eggs to eat the yolks raw.
I buy high m.f.% whole milks to drink throughout a week. I drink kefir, raw fish when it's safe. Currently sipping on a 8% water buffalo milk as i type this. A mix of good and bad stuff. I try not to stress about food too much, just make an effort to be healthy withing my limits.
