I keep seeing TikTok people numb their face to microneedle but their skin looks mid I don’t get it
depending on the needles you use and depth it can improve acne scars, increase collagen and skin elasticity,… . Haven’t done it in a while but i used to do it twice a month on my whole face with a dermapen.

Yes, but depending on the scar you’ll need to use different needles , severe scars need more depth and denser needles( so more pins on the cartridge ) . And more volume ≠ better if you’re treating severe scars you’ll also need to give your skin more time to heal, i did it every 2 weeks but every week is also possible depending on the settings and cartridges you use
