I wanted to ask if Nicotine (Cigarettes, Pouches, Vapes) Affect your looks, since i am on a diet nicotine helps me not to binge this much but i know nicotine isnt good for your body, i just never heard what it actually does

How do you consume it? Do you use vapes cigarettes pouches? Bc itll have different effects with each one, but all of them make you lose collagen making your skin nails lips ect look worse

I mostly vape ( everyday ) and have a cigarette from time to time (once in a week)
