Well, it does depend on the person, but majority of the time specific personality traits matter more than looks in LTR's. Speed dating and short term relationships is a different story though.

Well it is complicated but, you don't have to look the best, but you just have to be good enough for a mate + when you are in a relationship or familiar with someone you tend to see the person as more attractive than they actually are.

yeah i never said u have to be a psl god or whatever, but being just good enough? i disagree with that tbh, cause for example, many girls have good personality, so why do u choose a particular girl? it should be based on physical and emotional attraction towards her, choosing a girl with mostly personality bias would be unideal for sure, and same with looks. In an ideal world there should be an equal balance between looks and personality, also looks is an indicator of health too.

But yeah i agree, if ur in a relationship, u will be more attracted to them, than usual
