What hair color and length goes w my skin

I’m like really pale and white, rn I have dyed black hair that’s kind of fading out, also idk if it matters but I have hazel eyes that are pretty much orange in the sun, it goes down just past my collarbones but it has some layers in it. I’m debating getting extensions over the summer and getting my hair dark brown w some medium brown highlights, idk if it would match my skin or my eyes though.
