i wanna grow my hair as fast as possible which one of these should i use or should i mix them all?

Jojoba will just be your carrier oil
There is a small evidence that rosemary EO can promote hair growth (@Currycelloser), but you're a woman with no androgenic alopecia so you should see some results

Studies seems to use 2% up to 10% rosemary oil diluted in a carrier oil so it means ~2ml/10ml per 100ml of jojoba.
It's an inflammation reducer and bloodflow booster like peppermint so massage the scalp and the roots only and leave it few hours

For horsetail oil idk if it works. I saw it's marketed by brands but i haven't seen some evidences
