1. use lots of heat protectant
2. straighten at low heat
3. use shea butter and oils to moisturize scalp after washed and when u go to bed
4. use lots of hairspray to keep hair in place

dont straighten your hair just try to adjust to its texture/ length, find something that works for you, like a leave in conditioner or curl cream. personally i think growing it out would make it easier to style to your liking.
