If your sure you wanna hard maxx you should get bucalfat removal, it’s your only flaw and it may jaunt be bloating

My hair is pretty thin but in some photos it is wet which makes it appear worse

I have seen these pics so many times today lmfaoo.
Chin implant/genio with some slight lip filler. Also maybe a lip lift!
