I'm alreay qualified for some type of jaw surgery most likely mandble which might fix the proportions if the nose by fixing the bite but we'll see worst case I can get additional rhinoplasty later down rosd

Most likely orhtodonst won't support bimax as the maxilla is in normal position according to X-rays but they will definitely try and set me up with bsso and they also explained genio is an additon
