I started the day off with a bit off a brick of cheese with some orange juice.
I did have some tea to help clear my sinuses (I know it's toxic)
Went the rest of the afternoon without eating until about 6 something.
Had a steak I seared myself over a fire like a true primal bloke. (Basically raw)
Had a liter of 3.8% goats milk
Came home to some chicken (overcooked)
Royal jelly with raw honey
A tad bit of slop as a bite.

For me it was,

Boneless Korean chicken
Some kimchi-flavored noodles
Bugles (nacho cheese)

And I'm chewing on gum right now, not sure if that counts. It's Mentos' strawberry and mandarin.
Slave diet I still love you

I ate three cookies worth of cookie dough, three slices of pizza and Chic-fil-a.

What the hell's wrong with tea?

Isn't it full of antioxidants?
They are plant anti oxidants

Regardless its heavily debated, the epistemological highest level of evidence advantage goes to the fact that they are full of antioxidants.

Carnivores and primal dieters say they are not beneficial

But it's good for preventing cancer, right?

I don't really know how any food could prevent cancer, if anything that would logically be a bad thing. Unless it reverses cancer cells .. which it likely doesn't, it probably kills cells to prevent cancer growth. I have minimal knowledge on the topic I guess, but putting it logically there is no way to highlight cancer cells and eliminate them. If you look at chemotherapy, it doesnt go for just cancer cells, it kills all the cells it goes for. So i'd assume unless it has some special property that I am unaware of that it kills cells

Tea decreases all cause mortality

Tea decreases all cause mortality
associated with a lower risk or mortality. What are the actual mechanisms that would potentially lower the risk of mortality dude?

I’m just saying it’s dumb to say tea is unhealthy when it is associated with lower all cause mortality

Antioxidants protect against oxidative stress

And anti nutrients don’t even make much of a difference at all
It is debatable I guess

With avidin in raw egg whites, they do bind to biotin but don't necessarily give a biotin deficiency, they help transport biocarbons.

But "protecting against oxidative stress"?? They are proxidants which causes the body to create more antioxidants, it's like exercising for muh better mood. You destroy your mood and stress your body to feel better after. How are those good things at all?

Source on them not making a difference with empirical evidence ? Or studies

Idk tbh

I need to research it more too, carnivore talking points are shoddy and don't have any mainstream support. Literally no studies on anti nutrients or toxins.
They do definitely seem toxic though, our bodies reject them. This isn't a good argument though, because berries are often toxic, loaded with pesticides, but our bodies love them
