500g beef striploin / lamb rump steaks
12 medium-large mussels
12 DHA eggs
50g of clarified butter
500ml milk
~250g greek yogurt

Sometimes I eat fruits ( Cucumbers, tomatoes, durian, bananas )

Seasonings : salt, pepper, lemon juice
