What i hope debloating will give me(unrealistic edition). Please give me an effective debloat routine

drink lots of water
cardio (30 mins of treadmill everyday, 9 incline 3.5 speed)
slight calorie deficit
maybe smoke cigarettes if u want
sauna

Honestly I already walk a lot and drink lots of water. I hope quitting sugar consumption will help. I don't wanna smoke or do dr*gs although I know this is how celebs do it
 
To have this look its more than just a simple debloat. You need 3 things;

1. The correct bonestructure for it (majority of people will not have hollow cheeks, unless they diet to crackhead level of bodyfat %) And it won’t even look good on them. You should have prominent zygos and an ogee curve from 3/4th profile. Aswell as decent forward growth.
2. Be lean: 10-12% bf for men.
Women don’t have to be as lean, just low enough that it doesn’t disrupt your hormones. And you’re satisfied with how you look.
3. Debloat: consume less sodium and more potassium. Ideally you want your potassium to sodium ratio to be 4:1. But its a drag to eat this much potassium, I just like to keep my sodium as low as possible.

And that’s about it.

But its way easier to simply eat less sodium. Or u can just sweat it off with heavy exercise or sauna.
 
Does sugar contain sodium? I don t really eat salty foods
Not really, sugary foods don’t contain much sodium usually, but eat too much sugar and you’ll be bloated. You should honestly stay away from processed sugar foods and eat fruits instead.
