u mean an exfoliator? they can damage the skin if used too often so try to limit it to only a few times a week...Thanks.
So there isn't any point throughout the week where you use a face-scrub?
If not, why?
From benignice skincare guide:
Evening cleansing is not optional. I’m a big fan of the double cleanse method; first cleanse to get the shit from the day off your skin (including SPF which by design is difficult to take off), second cleanse to actually clean your skin. Depending on skin type, first cleanser should be an oil/balm or cream and second cleanser should be a cream or gel.
Oh I do it too, I use a foam one first then a gel. From benignice skincare guide:

Skincare Guide The meat and potatoes will be in black and the additional science-y bits in red so if you want to skip the added stuff you can. Product recs are at the bottom of each section (I’ve tried to get options for various price ranges but I’ve only included products which either I or some...docs.google.com
Makes sense tbh.
also thisDrink water, dont touch your face
I use aloe vera gel and wash my face with luke-warm or cold water.
I drink 3-4 bottles of water, daily.
wash with cold water 2x a day
In addition to this, I useDrink water
Hot water strips away the natural oils on your face and forces your skin to produce an excessive amount to compensate later, worsening the problem. Why cold? What's the science behind this shit?

Cold water just washes away the dirt/grime and leaves your natural skin mostly unscathed.
That is correct. Also, hot showers/baths also dry out your hair and cause split ends. The hottest shower I've taken since finding out about this was lukewarm at best. I mostly try to take cool/cold showers these days.So with this said, it's advisable not only to wash your face with cold water, but to avoid having hot showers/baths and rather warm. Since your face is obviously getting wet during a shower/bath.
I take it that face scrub is abrasive which means it is a physical exfoliator... I would think about reducing the amount of time u use it during the week to avoid damaging the skin...The Face-Scrub (Exfoliator) which I inappropriately apply once every two days.
Should really limit it to once every three days? Or what do experts think?

Face-Wash which I apply once in the morning, once in the afternoon (Post workout) and once in the very evening before bed.
Always comes after the Face-Scrub, if it's a Scrub day.

Bio-Oil which I apply after every time I have used the Face-Wash.

Suppose you could call this my moisturiser which comes every time after the oil.

This I've felt has worked a treat on me.
Dead Sea Salt.
Once a week.

Doing sport, drink water, don't touch my face with dirty hands and recently start to take collagen by Vitality Nutritionals (was highly recommended by my cosmetologist) For the first time I order supplement online from https://www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/collagen-supplements and everything was fine.
After reading your comments I start to think about changing my food habbits. Thanks.
