Thanks.

So there isn't any point throughout the week where you use a face-scrub?

If not, why?

u mean an exfoliator? they can damage the skin if used too often so try to limit it to only a few times a week...

From benignice skincare guide:
Evening cleansing is not optional. I’m a big fan of the double cleanse method; first cleanse to get the shit from the day off your skin (including SPF which by design is difficult to take off), second cleanse to actually clean your skin. Depending on skin type, first cleanser should be an oil/balm or cream and second cleanser should be a cream or gel.

Makes sense tbh.

what i do is wash my face with a cleanser, then i use a hyaluronic acid seum, then niacinamide and then a salycilic acid moisturiser. i do this once a day usually at night.

also drink lots of water and have a good diet, this will have a huge impact on your skin

lmao no products and i have good skin

inb4, op you filthy cuck, didn't you said to leave this place, and you insulted everyone

The Face-Scrub (Exfoliator) which I inappropriately apply once every two days.

Should really limit it to once every three days? Or what do experts think?

Face-Wash which I apply once in the morning, once in the afternoon (Post workout) and once in the very evening before bed.

Always comes after the Face-Scrub, if it's a Scrub day.

Bio-Oil which I apply after every time I have used the Face-Wash.

Suppose you could call this my moisturiser which comes every time after the oil.

This I've felt has worked a treat on me.

Dead Sea Salt.

Once a week.

PS: Feedback welcome from the pros.

I use aloe vera gel and wash my face with luke-warm or cold water.

I drink 3-4 bottles of water, daily.

Yeah I drink a shit-load of water. Orange squash mostly.

Drink water
In addition to this, I use
1(before shower). Clean and Clear Blackhead Eraser Scrub - any discount store should have them.
2 (after shower). Aloe Vera gel - from any mall or discount store.
That's all I need to have clear skin most of the time.

Hot water strips away the natural oils on your face and forces your skin to produce an excessive amount to compensate later, worsening the problem.
Cold water just washes away the dirt/grime and leaves your natural skin mostly unscathed.

So with this said, it's advisable not only to wash your face with cold water, but to avoid having hot showers/baths and rather warm. Since your face is obviously getting wet during a shower/bath.

That is correct. Also, hot showers/baths also dry out your hair and cause split ends. The hottest shower I've taken since finding out about this was lukewarm at best. I mostly try to take cool/cold showers these days.

I take it that face scrub is abrasive which means it is a physical exfoliator... I would think about reducing the amount of time u use it during the week to avoid damaging the skin...
