I used to be really lean back when i was 16m to 17m i then went to bulking and gained alot more muscle, and i just want to get back down to 10% body fat my old method doesnt work anymore and i would like some help in this mather what is the most optimal way to do it quickly with the least amount of side effects, I do snus btw to hold my hunger ( i am Scandinavian/Nordic)
