i think ideal shoulder to waist is 1.8:1 as this would be considered wide

i saw a study once where in a spanish young population
the higher end of shoulder to hip ratio is 1.4 and number of sample was super small to so take this with a grain of salt
i couldnt see their method of measurement it was a restricted study
