in order to get more lean and toned like i am now i had to start doing pretty intense strength training four times a week

They have far less muscle then the avg gym girl

My point was that skinny girls are more appealing than those big muscle gym girls there is a goldenline between balancing gym and these type of cardio physique

so the day after it was pretty bad i had a cast on and i was all black and bruised and bloody for a week and then the bruising went down and cast came off so i had minimal bruising and tape on for another week but after those two weeks it looked good
