its obviously to indicate skinnyness. You could say “I dont like women who look anorexic”, or “I dont like women who are fat”. But that could mean anything since its perceived differently by everyone. Its much easier to say “I dont like 40 kg on 170cm, or “I dont like 70kg on 160cm”.

I think white women/asians generally should be skinnier maybe around 55-60 kg if they are 5’9

For mixed/black women I think they look better with a bit of a higher weight than that


But it also depends a lot on the face/ways fat is distributed on different people

im 50kg as a mixed girl
 
If you have no muscles and 176cm (5’9)

and what weight should you start building muscles.
Just be 20% bf and hit legs

when did i say I was training anything else? Stop finding reasons to express your opinions and try to rage bait people.
 
i think for 176 cm it's a little low im 56kg 183 cm and feel like im dying
yeah i know but i feel like im too underweight to start working out rn. I can barely manage a calorie maintenance so i need to know when ive gained enough fat to start building muscle

tbh, i do excercise so just go ahead and try to do anything walking or doing calisthenics never hurts. it's just going to be a little bit difficult.
