What is your biggest cope

same as yours

would explain why am i practically refusing to get in shape for 3-4 years now. it's like i'm subconsciously protecting my psyche because it's easier to cope with being fat and tell yourself you "just" need to shed some kgs

sure, it's not that easy, but if you have to have one problem, you want it to be your bf%, because the fix is really straightforward.

That was my situation till December last year too, I tried to change but never really wanted it because my cope would be gone if I lost weight.

I'm trying to change now since then, already down 53 lbs / 24 kgs since then, got like about half of it left to reach my goal, but if nothing changes idk what I'm going to cope with tbh. I already notice small differences on how people treat me, but it's nothing world changing tbh, was not worth all of the struggle
