Isnt it like vitiligo
Could be Nevus Depigmentosus or Halo Nevus too
it does expand in area but its like very slow so idk abt vitiligo

It's maybe non segmental vitiligo, it grows very slowly, can completely stop at some point of time and then again can grow very rapidly, basically unpredictable but take my words with a grain of salt , get it consulted by skin specialist asap

Yeah , dermatologist who specializes in pigmentary disorders but I think any reputable dermatologist will do
 
its on my thighs and ive had it since a child its js like
a way whiter patch of skin and it keeps like growing in area? but very slowly
