What lycopene is the best to take

And does it work for tanning? If not what is the best thing to take for tanning
 
put some sunscreen and go outside
if you live in the northern hemisphere/equator then it is hot
you will also get vitamin D which is good

Can't tan with sunscreen
 
spf absorbs a lot of UV rays but some get through and cause you to tan
Sunscreen by definition is supposed to keep you from tanning and burning. But yes if you put on a low spf or don't reapply in an adequate time from when you first put it on, you could tan a little. But it is supposed to keep you from tanning or burning

yup i meant lower spf
