I will never say a user is not allowed back. Neither of them had any warning history that would've shown me they're a concern to the site, so if Dean asked me if they should be appealed, I would say they're probably allowed back (depending on other staff feedback).

I'm just tired of explaining to users to quit posting personal information about the other users on here. So they're going to have to send an email at the very least.
