Ur front is better u only need a alar for the front genio for the side and lip filler is optional but I wouldn’t reccomend it just cheeksuck for ur side this makes ur lips thinner

Its not recessed it just lacks projection and also ur midface is kinda flat and overly puffy ur face shape is also kind of rounded

Yes from the side ur maxilla isn’t recessed or underprojected its average it could be more projected. A flat midface could be overall bone structure u have a very short round skull that could be the cause. It’s not bad from the front but from the side it’s noticeable
