What should Cardio be like in body recomposition? Will I lose mass?

Are you going to quit lifting weights? If you do cardio in replacement of weights, then you will lose muscle mass.
If proteins are maintained, low steady state cardio doesn't create any atrophy and high intensity cardio using full body complexes to maintain, or sometimes build muscles.
