Im 15 and i only do mewing and i go to gym

Mewing won't do much, it should be natural anyway. Get a good skincare routine and sleep well, not much you can do.

If you're thin, you need to replenish the energy you expend in the gym with even more. Scientifically, this is called a calorie surplus.
For muscle growth, you should consume approximately 1.6 - 2.0 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight. (For example, if you weigh 60 kg, consume ~100-120g of protein daily). For energy, you should focus on foods with a balanced glycemic index, such as rice, oats, and whole wheat. If you don't consume carbohydrates, your body will start burning proteins for energy, which will halt muscle growth. Healthy fats, such as those found in olive oil, nuts, and avocados, are crucial for hormone development (especially testosterone). Muscles grow while you sleep, not in the gym. A 15-year-old needs 8-9 hours of quality sleep per night. Growth hormone (GH) is secreted most during deep sleep at night. Instead of exercising every day of the week, give your muscles a rest period. Scientifically, it's more effective to wait at least 48 hours before working out the same muscle group. You need to make sure that not only the tip but also the back of your tongue is fully positioned against your palate. Breathing through your mouth can negatively affect your facial structure. Always focus on breathing through your nose. Tongue posture alone are not enough to define the jawline proper posture and the correct positioning of the neck muscles (sternocleidomastoid) are also necessary.
