I think your hair is good but is hiding your eyebrows and looks unkempt, try maybe slicking your hair back a bit so we can see your eyebrows and forehead better.

Just making your hair look more well kept would be an improvement, on this pic it looks like you just woke up with it. Seeing your eyebrows and forehead could improve your looks.
