Try out peptides and get on a very clean healthy Bulk for a Short time also be a gymcell and After Like 2 Weeks lean down and then jst be consictent with the gym and eat a healthy low calorie diet but try eating Lots of Proteins its hard but I believe in u
 
if you want to achieve a lean, muscular body, i'd suggest you to go to the gym at least 3x a week, eat healthy and high protein foods
As an addition (that I don't recommend) you could use the peptide BPC-157 that accelerates the healing of muscles, bones etc. by stimulating the formation of new blood vessels and it even reduces inflammation!
