Focus on a natural food like
eggs
meat
milk
cheese
sweet potatoes
etc.

try to avoid processed sugars
also, aim for around 2g protein per kg body-weight

mark as solution

  • Protein: 1.5–2.5g per kg body weight. Focus on chicken, fish, eggs, whey, and plant-based proteins
  • Carbs: 3–6g per kg body weight. Eat carbs like oats, sweet potatoes, rice, fruits, and veggies
  • Healthy Fats: 20–30% of total calories. Include avocado, olive oil, nuts, and fatty fish
  • Meal Timing:
Pre-workout: Moderate carbs & protein for energy
Post-workout: Fast-digesting protein (like whey) & simple carbs for recovery
Before bed: Slow-digesting protein (casein) to support overnight muscle repair
  • Hydration: 3/4 litters of water daily to stay hydrated, since HGH increases metabolic activity
  • Micronutrients: Get enough vitamins and minerals (especially zinc, magnesium, vitamin D)
  • Avoid: Processed foods, excessive sugars, and anything that spikes insulin too much
  • Caloric Intake: If bulking, be in a slight surplus; if cutting, stay in a mild deficit while focusing on protein
