semax, collagen, vit k2d3 do not get k2 pills that come with calcium if you already drink tons of milk, ashwaghandha however u spell it, elygdium toothpaste, creatine or specific proteins depending on ur needs.

no point supplementing collagen it gets broken down during digestion lol

col would still be a great placebo to soothe the nerves

could put the semax in a little bag inside a bowl of slop in the fridge if your family puts names on the plates, or under a removable part in the fridge like the egg holder

carotenoids like beta carotene, lycopene and astaxanthin. Good for skin health and tone.
Omega 3, caffeine, and magnesium: helps with cognitive function (selank and semax mogs these but I still recommend omega 3)
Melatonin is also a good one. Zink and creatine are great too!
