What surgeries do I need?

First of all that’s MTN
Surgeries:Le Fort 1 or 2 and supraorbital implants
I can’t recommend much since it’s just your side

can't even tell until you're lean without a ct scan, honestly stop eating goyslop while u can thru puberty u will regret it so much

First of all, you look rlly young and you're not even softmaxxed so why r you already considering surgery

Softmaxxes: fix your skin by using tret or accutane, it will also make your nose smaller
Having a basic skincare routine will also help a lot.

Get a haircut preferably above your brows like a fringe or smth like that which adds a lot of appeal

Debloat and loose weight, try to avoid sugar and goyslop

You can try volufiline for your uee even tho it might be cope but it doesn't hurt to try

Do I have bad uee? I’ve been trying to minimize it as much as I can

It really depends on the surgeon for Le Fort II
Le Fort III is way harder and mostly unavailable and that would be too risky
Le Fort I are mostly designed for people with underbites,sure it would make him look better but not like with Le Fort II

Yeah ur upper maxilla ain't good mb, fixing your maxilla will automatically fix your nose aswell. Ur lips cuck you too, you should get lip fillers

Yeah ur right I just saw that he lacks upper maxillary projection too so lefort 2 is the way to go.
I know a lot of ppl irl who got lefort 1 and the results were good but in his case lefort 2 would be better

Proper nutrition and environment could save him for development,I know @sunbather will disagree with me on this one.
