Discussion what surgeries/procedures do you guys want/plan to have done?

Im pretty genetically fucked so there’s a lot of surgeries I would like to have done im about to inherit over 500k (well my mom but she’s willing to get me surgeries because she knows how much I don’t like how I look)

Alarplasty+tipplasty and if im still not satisfied rhinoplasty,Canthoplasty,medial canthoplasty because my eyes are far apart,trimax,lower eyelid retraction,lip corner lift,lazy eye correction,maybe v line jaw surgery,maybe buccal fat removal but I might just do Aqualyx with multiple sessions

realistically most of the people that replied wont get surgeries (especially the more extreme ones)
i would get botox to lower my eyebrows
fat graft for undereyes
and rhino
maybe could get close to hhtn - cl then
