OP id recommend you do Polynucleotides in the under eyes. It’s the best non surgical procedure to treat it. You can either DIY yourself (don’t recommend) or take the safer route and microneedle it on or get a professional to inject you. Also you look pretty old you can save up enough for a fat graft.

they last a long time, your gonna have to do 2-4 sessions when you begin. You will have to do maintenance sessions every half year/year. Results look great from what i’ve seen. Ordered mine for 80 bucks but you can go to a professional for sessions.

Doesnt look like it.. why would strucural recession cause the skin below your eyes to turn blue. It would be hollow if it was recessed
