Twice a week is actually optimal if ur hitting full body. The only reason I go more often is because it makes me happy

Maybe because of your job you feel more tired and it's because of the nervous system overload.

I think you didn't shared your exact diet and training regimen here but my personal tip is, if you have a physical job, to increase your calories (not protein but also [healthy] carbs and [healthy] fats.

And reducing your training volume but increasing your frequency. Meaning less sets for example, less exercises but going to the gym more often.
E.g. instead of doing 10 exercises for the lower body, you stick to hip thrusts machine and belt squat, do your warm up set + 2 hard sets and then it's over, but you do it twice per week.

Also other tips : Meal prep for cheaper calories, having a strict sleep schedule alongside some naps, and instead of relying on caffeine, just add a scoop of Vitargo/Dextrose/Maltodextrin in your bottle during training to accelerate intramuscular glycogen recovery
