I have a pretty poor diet, but I honestly don't really know where to start in order to get a good one. I've heard that chicken causes your face to be oily, that red meat messes with your gut, and that vegetables only do so much to give you your vitamins. It kind of seems like everything is out the picture so can someone please let me know something that they ate that was completely clean? I also have a lot of scaring on my face and I have no idea as to how to get rid of it without causing acne at the same time.
