Fluoride, protects enamel and prevents white spots

Low-abrasive formula, won’t scratch enamel around brackets

Mild whitening only, just removes surface stains


Recommendations:

Colgate Optic White mild versuon
Sensodyne Pronamel / Clinical White (best if you get sensitivity)

Crest 3D White (gentle versions)

choose versions labeled:
enamel safe
gentle whitening
NOT extra whitening or charcoal
