Just went to different city for a week to visit my relatives. My skin glowed after 3 days of stay there. Maybe they had different water.

Being hot is less impressive if people know u put effort in. I already tell people I only lift once a week when it’s actually 4x a week.

There’s a lot of different risks aside from it taking a few years off your life , I can’t be the one talking about taking a few years off your life because I definitely did too when trying to commit with pills
