I heard people say that breakfast is the most important part of the day but I don't really know what to eat that could help me.
Any ideas?

Eggs, bananas, tomatoes, carrots for sure, orange juice and milk (raw milk is cope by a domestic abuser), potentially whey protein, avocadoes, nuts, really anything with plenty of micronutrients and vitamin b, c, d,

good to know
additionally make sure to add salt onto your eggs and chew alot while eaitng. The salt will help with the potassium and sodium ratio, and chewing will both count as jaw training and help with digestion, which improves gut health

Eggs, toast, ham, and a banana
What I do is just what my father did.
I grab 2 eggs, sear them for like 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip it over so they get about 1 minute on the other side

This makes it so there's a solid layer on bother sides of the egg, but the moment you bite into it the yolk comes pouring out

Then after that I just get 2 slices of bread, toast them, put the eggs on em, add a tiny bit of salt to both eggs, as well as black pepper

And last but not least I grab 2 slices of black forrest ham, put those on the pan for like 2 minute so they're kinda crunchy

Finally, I eat that while also having a banana too

Seems good but does the bread have to be toasted because I don't like crunchy bread
