In short since you inject a systemic product you need larger volume of blood to be diluted & transfered into the heart, then delivered where it's needed

Injecting to the face is kept exclusively for topicals. Since your face is made of capillaries and not veins there risks you inject it into a muscle or a thick (epi)dermis layer, where the product will basically stay in place, who can lead to infection or rotten skin.
Also injecting a high volume of product in a small capillary will most likely increases chances of bruising, and so not deliverying the product.
