the misinformation is frustrating. you have to realize most people are high on copium and don't think like you. they look for the easier softer way. all you can do is sort what works and what doesn't out for yourself.

the hardest part is getting and holding down a job so you can afford all of ts. then you have to go through the humiliation ritual and tedious logistics of surgery consultations and travel and insurance and so on.

The only reason I never considered anything that has any form of ‘recovery’ period like surgeries was because I didn’t want people to know I’d had them tbh, but I now live 5 hours from everyone I know so I might get some
