I will mention a few


High cuisine excluded, no meal:
- A5 Wagyu
- tortellini/ravioli/agnolotti
- pasta alla genovese
- arrosticini (barbecued lamb)
- boeuf Bourguignon (or similar)
- ossobuco
- truffle (depends)
- lasagne
- fondue
- foie gras (depends)
- fried “gnocchi”
- fried pizza

Sweets:
- profiterole
- cannoli
- baba
- tarte tatin
- strudel

I could mention hundreds
