do u do OMAD or how do u do it im trying to do 1000cal per day and struggling
I'm on Ozempic and the RedBull is mostly my main calory intake, sometimes I just have these 130 calories from it, but sometimes after a few days I get too hungry and I try to eat some vegetables or fruits but I also try to avoid that to stay at 130 calories

You're like 16-17 don't do it, and it's something people with diabetes get, it lowers your sugar level or sum like what which makes you full fast and for longer, I can't barely eat anything I'm full after 2-3 bites and it stays like that for a day then

wait isnt this good tho. also i know this girl who got super skinny over summer and theres no way she did it without ozempic

That's just the upsides, look up the health risks you have you can fuck up your body permanently
