whats a good weight to be

im five foot flat and around 117 pounds, but like im not fat and i have abs. should i try to lose weight or am i good where im at rn?
maintain cals and if u rlly want to, do body recomposition
 
how can i do that
eat at ur maintenance calories and strength train, eat enough protein too. ur weight shouldn't change much but ur body will look different, as you lose fat and gain muscle. this vid goes more in-depth, but it's more male centered I think:

Even then you said you have abs, I wouldn't see why you would want to lose more weight when you're in a healthy range and in what I guess to be an aesthetic bf%.

For me ideally 120 lbs and 10 pervent as im 5ft 2 range.

However depends on if your male or female and diffrnet body types and what ur aiming for
