anyways back to title

prolly a bunch of gym injuries the past 3 months
left side of my chest and arm plus ring finger hurt for like 2-3 weeks deadlifting 1.8x my weight
then the right side of my chest hurt for like 3 weeks also costochondritis (rib cartilage inflammation) from deadlifting
also started running 5 miles in the morning but had to cut back down to 3 miles cus my foot got like sprained and i had to limp around for 3 days
oh then also strained my neck doing lateral pulldowns and i couldn't bend my head downwards for over a week without it hurting

so now im trying to take it easer in jim
