Been kinda blown away with how many helpful responses and people there are. Glad to be here. I'm a bit of a boomer so kinda new to this shit but learning
Me:
30M | 6'3" | 230lbs |
As far as looks go think I'm slightly above average but not Chad at all. I have been called handsome and good looking even by random people and drunk girls but got into a relationship and became pretty obese. Single now. Been working on getting that down and for the first time in years I'm under 30% BF. Still long way to go.
Here to really get some great results and in turn when (not if) I get results to share my experiences.
I know there's some awesome value in here and people that have made some real progress. Looking to join your ranks soon
