I'm gonna seem really woke for knowing this but my sister is aromantic so thats why
being asexual is not feeling sexually attracted to people easily, like you love them but don't want to fuck or do other sexual stuff, so yeah you can have a sexuality (which defines the type of people you can feel romantical attraction to) and be asexual simultaneously, especially since it's a spectrum (some asexual people just have more trouble being sexually attracted to someone and others at the end of the spectrum just can't feel sexually attracted to anyone).
Basically the same for being aromantic, you can still have a sexuality and be aromantic because it's a spectrum too, but for aromantic it's when you have trouble feeling a romantic attraction. Some can fall in love, it's just harder at first, doesn't happen often and usually takes a while
