But to get this type of physique, it will be low intensity cardio like the stepmaster or incline walking machine to stay lean, while having 2 lower body trainings per week, focusing mainly on compounds movements like squats, deadlifts, hip thrusts, split squats etc etc
 
im willing to get a gym membership but im still new so i just need a routine i can follow
If you do get a gym membership, workout out 4x a week. Upper Body, Lower Body split. You want to do 3-4 exercises each day with a one minute rest and progressively overload overtime.
Upper Body Exercises:
  • Lat pull down
  • Back row
  • Cable face pulls
  • Chest press
  • Rear delt flys
  • Tricep push down
Lower Body Exercises:
  • Hip thrusts
  • B stance RDL
  • Bulgarian split squats
  • Leg extensions
  • Leg press
  • Smith machine squats
These are the exercises I do personally, working out your back is good for having the illusion of a small waist and lower body workouts will build your glutes and legs. Divide it accordingly! Make sure to either eat in a cut/bulk depending on your goals.

i need a workout routine please send me yours asap
wearing a waist trainer and walking 10k steps a day while eating high protein is what works best if u want an hourglass body (at least for me) my waist is 22 inch
